The Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006

112.  In Article 265 of the Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006(1) (restriction on disclosure of information), in paragraph (5)—

(a)omit sub-paragraph (h);

(b)after sub-paragraph (q) add—

“(r)the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008;

(s)the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.”.
