The Driving Licences (Transfer of Functions) (Supplementary Provisions) Order (Northern Ireland) 1973 M1 shall continue to have effect and to be deemed always to have had effect, as if Article 15 of the Road Traffic (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1973 M2 had been in force when the first-mentioned order was made.
